2025 IBTA European Championships

Registration Form
The European Championships in Poland 2025 are planned to take place from 12th to 18th of October 2025 at the Tenis Kozerki Tennis Academy (approximately a 1-hour drive from Warsaw).
Only players from Europe are eligible to participate in the tournament.
Tournament schedule:
- 12 – 13 October: sight classification
- 13 October: practice courts
- 13 October, evening: opening ceremony and draw (after classification)
- 14 October, morning: start of the matches
- 14 – 18 October: group matches, finals, and third-place matches
- 18 October, afternoon, after last matches: closing ceremony, award ceremony
Participation costs:
- Player (staying in Kozerki): €135/day
- accommodation with breakfast
- drinks during the tournament
- airport transfer (both ways) from Warsaw Chopin Airport or transfer from Warsaw Central Railway Station
- entry fee and accreditation
- welcome pack
- Player (not staying in Kozerki): entry fee €350
- entry fee and accreditation
- Accompanying person (staying in Kozerki): €75/day
- accommodation with breakfast
- airport transfer (both ways) from Warsaw Chopin Airport or transfer from Warsaw Central Railway Station
Each player additionally pays the IBTA capitation fee of €15 extra.
To allow for maximum flexibility these rates include breakfast but NOT lunch or dinner.
The organizer provides airport transfer from Warsaw Chopin Airport or transfer from Warsaw Central Railway Station only on 11th, 12th, 13th, 18th (evening only, after the ceremony) and 19th of October.
Important payment information:
- Please register by 15th of July 2025
- Please pay 50% of all costs by 30th of July 2025
- The remaining amount must be paid by 30th of August 2025
- If you withdraw before 15th of September 2025, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded
- After that date, no refunds will be possible due to hotel cancellation policies
