IBTA is a Community Interest Company registered in the UK. This is a special form of non-charitable limited company which exists to benefit a community or to pursue a social purpose, rather than to make a profit for shareholders. Although,  IBTA exists solely to benefit the blind and visually impaired community, the fact it is a non-charitable limited company means it is not able to claim tax relief and this includes reclaiming gift aid on any donations.
