What are the tournament dates?
Tournament dates: September 15-20, 2024
First arrivals on September 14-15
Departures on 20th September 20 (If needed, players can stay longer, up to September 23 maximum).

Matches will start on Tuesday 17 September at 10 am or earlier.
Where is the tournament being held?
The tournament will be held Grodzisk Mazowiecki, 50 km from Warsaw. be played on 6 courts at the same time. Players in the B2-B4 categories will play on 4 courts in the main hall and 50 meters away on additional two courts, players in the B1 category will have the hall just for themselves. What Is The Age Limit For Taking Part In The Adult Competition?
Whilst the minimum age is 14, IBTA will be issuing a wildcard to young and talented athletes adequately prepared for high performance competition.
What are the tournament fees?
Entry fee: €100 per player, including accreditation and transportation.
150 € per player if they choose a different accommodation.
Hotel costs:
1 person room – 80 euros (accommodation with breakfast),
2- and 3-person room – 65 euros (overnight stay with breakfast,
4- and 5-person room – 60 euros (accommodation with breakfast)
The Poland organizers have decided not to limit the players with either meal times or specific types of meals. Players can choose for yourselves what and how much you want to eat, and thus how much they want to pay for their meals.
Accreditation: 60 euros for guests, companions, coaches, trainers, etc.
IBTA capitation fee*: €15 per player and is included in the cost.

Important information about payments:
This is a euro account so that most participants will not have a problem changing currency. For your convenience, you can make payments in two instalments:
- First installment of 50% by 1.07.2024
- Second installment of 50% and the entry fee by 1.08.2024
Can I get a refund if I am not able to attend?
Possible refund of paid funds is possible:
01.08.2024 100% of the amount paid,
From 01.08.2024 to 15.08.2024 50% of the amount paid.
From 15.08.2024, the refund of paid funds will be impossible.
